Neko-Tag is a map-based webring users can place their sites in! Any user can join and place their site on any square on the map, aside from the river (because it'd mess how it looks up, though the ocean is fine). Non-user sites that could fit such as webrings and such are also allowed.

When you join, your tile is a 80x80 pixel square on the map. You can customize any of the CSS in it in your input form, and you can contact me for further customizations!
